We build customized, comprehensive estate plans for every client, taking into consideration all aspects of our clients’ lives – family dynamics, taxes, business ownership, nursing home expenses, legacies, and final wishes.
After working for a national estate planning law firm for several years, Oren Ross decided to open his own law firm to better serve his clients. We are committed to providing our clients with the best legal representation available for competitive fees. While many attorneys pass much of their work to their staff, Oren works directly with his clients to achieve their goals. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best value in legal services through a combination of a hands-on approach, low overhead, and a hard-working, dedicated staff.

He uses his years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney to educate his clients on the potential legal, tax, and personal ramifications of different estate planning methods. His primary focus is educating his clients on their many options and helping to simplify their estate and avoid probate through the use of revocable living trusts. He has an extensive public speaking experience, and has conducted seminars for thousands of Georgia residents interested in estate planning. He also encourages his clients to consider protecting the inheritance they leave behind through the use of inheritance Trusts and Special Needs Trusts. Oren has extensive experience with all aspects of estate planning, including Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Inheritance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Probate proceedings.
Oren assists clients with their estate planning regardless of their age or the size of their estate. Having lost many friends to untimely deaths, he is an advocate for estate planning at any age.
In addition to his work in estate planning, Oren loves to assist clients who have been injured and deserve compensation. He has helped numerous clients who have sustained injuries due to car accidents, slips and fall incidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other personal injury claims.
Oren is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia, is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Section and the North Fulton Bar Association. He lives in Canton with his wife Rachel, their son, Bo, their daughter, Annie, and their three cats and two dogs. He volunteers at the Atlanta Humane Society in his free time, and is passionate about exercise and physical fitness.
